Manchester City can win the Premier League with three points when they take on West Ham later today.
After a gruelling 10 months of football, the Premier League title will be decided today, with Manchester City currently in control of the outcome. After their vital 2-0 win against Tottenham, Pep Guardiola’s side enter the final Premier League weekend as league leaders, two points ahead of title challengers Arsenal.
If City can beat West Ham today, a fourth consecutive Premier League title is theirs, no matter what the Arsenal result is. Ederson will miss the game against the Hammers through injury, but after Stefan Ortega’s heroics off the bench against Spurs not too many City fans will be concerned.

There weren’t many big chances in the opening 30 minutes at the Etihad, with City in full control but failing to trouble the West Ham goal. As half-time approached, the Hammers started to tire, and City took full advantage as they finally broke the deadlock in the 44th minute.
Kyle Walker picked out the run of Bernardo Silva in behind the West Ham defence with a brilliant through ball, allowing the midfielder to surge forward down the right. Silva opted to cross into the box early as he spotted the run of Erling Haaland, and a tremendous diving header saw the striker fire home from close range to make it 1-0.
The domination continued through to the second half, with West Ham failing to offer a threat all afternoon in Manchester, almost accepting defeat as Guardiola’s side controlled every aspect of the game. Haaland and Phil Foden were both denied by great saves, but the lead was doubled with 11 minutes to go as Rodri got on the scoresheet.
Some tidy footwork from Foden saw the Englishman skip past two challenges on the right before breaking into the box, and he picked out the untracked run of Rodri who swept the ball home with a lovely first-time finish. The cherry on top arrived in the 89th minute when Haaland was pulled down inside the area before stepping up to tuck his penalty away, making it 3-0 and securing the Premier League title.
