New York attempted to revamp its wide receiver room by trading for Adams with the Las Vegas Raiders. Since giving the Raiders a conditional third-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Jets’ offense has not been consistent enough for Adams to make much of an impact.
On the season, the six-time pro bowler has recorded career lows in receptions (49), receiving yards (553), and touchdowns (3). Furthermore, Adams’ consistency has dropped in New York. In his three games with the Raiders this year, the veteran wideout averaged 69.7 yards per game. With the Jets, Adams has averaged 57.3 yards per game through six contests.
