The Ohio State Buckeyes are wasting no time in identifying and pursuing top talent for their 2027 recruiting class. According to On3’s Mick Walker, the Buckeyes will host 2027 tight end prospect Brock Williams for a visit from March 16-17. Williams, who also plans to return to Columbus for another visit on April 5, has already garnered significant attention from top programs across the country.

Williams, a talented tight end from Libertyville High School in Illinois, has received early offers from the Auburn Tigers, Michigan Wolverines, Oklahoma State Sooners, and Penn State Nittany Lions. While he has yet to receive a star rating from 247Sports, Rivals has ranked him as a four-star recruit for the 2027 class.

The Buckeyes are clearly prioritizing the tight end position in their 2027 recruiting efforts, as they are also courting four-star tight end prospect D’Angelo White. White, an in-state prospect from Villa Angela-St. Joseph in Cleveland, is considered one of the top tight end prospects in the 2027 class.

Ohio State has already secured a verbal commitment from three-star tight end Corbyn Fordham for the 2026 class. However, the Buckeyes are eager to add more depth and talent to their tight end corps, and Williams and White are clearly two of their top targets.

As the Buckeyes continue to build their 2027 recruiting class, they will be looking to add more top talent to their roster. With Williams and White already on their radar, Ohio State is well-positioned to land some of the country’s top tight end prospects.

The Buckeyes’ commitment to recruiting top talent at the tight end position is a testament to their dedication to building a strong, well-rounded roster. As they continue to pursue Williams, White, and other top prospects, Ohio State fans can expect an exciting and talented 2027 recruiting class.

The visit from Williams is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting recruiting process for the Buckeyes. With their sights set on landing some of the country’s top tight end prospects, Ohio State is poised to build a dominant roster that will compete for championships for years to come.

As the recruiting landscape continues to evolve, one thing is clear: the Buckeyes are committed to building a winning program, and they will stop at nothing to land the top talent necessary to achieve that goal. With Williams and White already on their radar, Ohio State fans can expect a thrilling recruiting process that will shape the future of the program.

The Buckeyes’ pursuit of top tight end talent is a testament to their commitment to excellence and their dedication to building a championship-caliber roster. As they continue to recruit and develop top talent, Ohio State fans can expect a bright future for the program.
