Harry Styles is set to begin his £30million mega-renovation next month, with completion slated for late 2027.
The ex-One Direction star is merging two upscale homes on a private Hampstead estate in north London into a stunning residence featuring four bedrooms, a gym, cinema, art gallery, and staff quarters.
After navigating strict conservation regulations, Styles, 31, secured approval in April. However, additional ecological surveys and detailed construction plans have delayed the start. In this area, even paint colors require council approval.
Recent filings reveal his team is diligently addressing requirements, including careful negotiations to protect local wildlife.
A survey recently identified a feral pigeon nest, fox dens, and potential bat activity. If bats are confirmed, work must pause until Styles obtains a special Natural England license.
He’s also coordinating with nearby celebrity Cat Deeley, who’s renovating her own property. They’ve held discussions and shared leaflets to keep neighbors informed and minimize disruption.
One filing notes they will “collaborate with contractors on nearby projects to proactively manage the combined impact of local construction activities.”
