Mikaela Shiffrin once again proved why she’s the undisputed queen of slalom, dominating the World Cup race here and mathematically securing her historic ninth slalom Crystal Globe with plenty of season left.
The American legend posted an untouchable combined time of 1:37.59, winning by a commanding 1.67 seconds over Switzerland’s Camille Rast in second. Germany’s Emma Aicher rounded out the podium in third (+2.18), while the rest of the field battled fiercely for crucial points ahead of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics.

The race also delivered thrills lower down: France’s Marion Chevrier surged eight places in run two to finish just outside the top 10 in 11th, with teammate Marie Lamure right behind in 12th—promising signs for the French squad!
