Swiss superstar Marco Odermatt continues his unstoppable march into alpine skiing history.
The 28-year-old added three more Crystal Globes to his trophy cabinet this 2025-26 season — claiming the Overall, Downhill, and Super-G titles — bringing his career total to 16.
That puts him just two behind legendary Swede Ingemar Stenmark (18) and four behind Austrian great Marcel Hirscher (20) in the men’s all-time Crystal Globe rankings.
Odermatt dominated once again: it marks his fifth straight Overall World Cup title, his third consecutive Downhill globe, and his fourth consecutive Super-G crown — a rare feat that places him among the all-time greats in that discipline.
The latest Super-G title was secured after the penultimate race in Courchevel was cancelled, making his massive points lead insurmountable. He had already locked up the Overall and Downhill earlier in the season.
Fans and experts are buzzing: Odermatt is redefining greatness, race after race, year after year. With his relentless consistency and sheer speed, the question now is how many more globes the Swiss sensation will stack up before he’s done.
He’s not just winning — he’s etching his name deeper into the record books with every season.
