The NFL’s flex scheduling rules throw a curveball in what fans expect to see on the Sunday slate. However, it also creates an opportunity for more highly-touted matchups to be played in primetime. Unfortunately, this won’t be the case for the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. After facing the Washington Commanders on the road this week, the Steelers will host the Baltimore Ravens. This will be a battle between two of the top teams in the AFC and one that has divisional title implications on the line. But despite its importance, a funky NFL rule will prevent this game from…
No one thought the Steelers would ever give up on Kenny Pickett as quickly as they did, yet he was traded out of Pittsburgh last offseason. No one expected Russell Wilson to sign with the black and gold in free agency for the vet minimum, yet he did. Very few thought the Steelers would add Justin Fields in a trade while giving up little value, yet they found a way to accomplish all three. With the Indianapolis Colts benching Anthony Richardson this season, he will be a hot topic in trade rumors. Something seems suspect with the Colts as they…

Speaking to the BBC in an interview released on Tuesday, Hoy said: “If you’ve got family history of it like I have, if you’re over the age of 45, go and ask your doctor. I’ve got a…

For the second year in a row, William Byron will compete for the NASCAR Cup Series championship at Phoenix Raceway. In a dramatic turn of events, Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski has addressed ongoing speculation about the team’s future with quarterback Deshaun Watson. After a series of injuries and inconsistent on-field performances, Stefanski hinted at major changes, leading many to question whether Watson’s time in Cleveland could be coming to an abrupt end. The Browns, who secured Watson with a massive $230 million guaranteed contract last year, now face the challenging decision of balancing his potential with ongoing physical and performance concerns. Despite Watson being sidelined for several weeks due to a shoulder injury, Stefanski’s statement makes it clear…
Multiple NFL insiders reported during Week 9 that the Pittsburgh Steelers are still in the market to acquire a wide receiver before the NFL trade deadline. But another potential wideout target could be headed off the market. That’s because New York Giants veteran Darius Slayton left Week 9 due to concussion evaluation. The Athletic’s Charlotte Carroll reported that Slayton entered the medical tent and then left for the locker room during the second half in Week 9. ESPN’s Jordan Raanan then reported that the Giants were evaluating Slayton for a concussion. Slayton is one of a handful of receivers the…

Like I said, what position it is,” Sutton told the media, via DK Pittsburgh Sports’ Chris Halicke.…
Quarterback Russell Wilson has grabbed the starting job behind center for the Pittsburgh Steelers the past two games. With Wilson, the team posted two of its best offensive days of the season in Weeks 7 and 8. But the Steelers offense could still use an additional pass catcher to take the unit to another level. Bleacher Report’s NFL scouting department argued the team should consider adding a target Wilson is familiar with — Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton. “If the Steelers are going to make a serious run in the playoffs, they are going to need a better No.…
