Chelsea are ready to spend big to sign Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres during the next transfer window, according to Leonino.
The Sweden star was on the radar of the Blues last month and they were suggestions that they could trigger his €100m release clause.
That did not happen due to Financial Fair Play issues, but reports claim that the London giants could return for the 25-year-old this summer.
It is claimed that the Blues are prepared to splash the cash on a new marksman and Gyokeres remains high on their priority list.
The club could be willing to pay close to the buy-out clause which would hand them an advantage over some of their European rivals.
Gyokeres has been in sparkling form for Sporting since his move from Coventry City. He has 24 goals and 10 assists from 27 outings.
The striker is fully committed to the club at the moment, but he is said to be open to pursuing a bigger challenge elsewhere in the summer.
