Luis Diaz could be sold by Liverpool this summer but the club want to make a profit on him, sources have told Football Insider.
The Premier League giants signed the Colombia international for £50million including add-ons in January 2022 from Portuguese side Porto.
Barcelona and PSG are interested in signing Diaz following his performances for Liverpool over the past couple of years.
The Merseysiders are planning for the 27-year-old to be involved in pre-season as new boss Arne Slot looks to prepare his side for his first campaign at Anfield.
But an offer of more than £50million would be considered for Diaz and a late-window move is regarded as “very possible” by a senior source.
The winger is under contract on Merseyside until 2027.
Diaz has provided extra flare to the Liverpool attack since his arrival from Porto more than two years ago.
The Colombian started in 42 of his 51 appearances last season as he recorded 13 goals and five assists – marking his best return for the club in his second full campaign at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah has also been linked with an exit after Football Insider revealed the star forward is set to hold crunch talks over his future at Anfield ahead of his contract expiry in June 2025.
In other news, Liverpool have been told to accept a “£100m” offer for Mohamed Salah.
