In a shocking move, alpine skiing legend Lindsey Vonn has announced her decision to rejoin the Stifel U.S. Ski Team for the 2024-25 season. Following successful knee surgery and months of rehabilitation, Vonn is poised to add another chapter to her illustrious career.

Vonn, 40, boasts an impressive résumé, with three Olympic medals, 20 World Cup titles, including four overall Crystal Globes, eight World Championship medals, 137 World Cup podiums, and 82 World Cup victories. Her return brings invaluable experience to the already successful U.S. women’s alpine program.
After retiring in 2019, Vonn underwent partial knee replacement surgery in April 2024. Her recovery has been remarkable, and she feels stronger than ever.
