TGL, or TMRW Golf League, is a unique golf league founded by sports executive Mike McCarley and professional golfers Woods and Rory McIlroy, in collaboration with the PGA Tour. This league aims to bring a fresh and dynamic approach to the sport by blending traditional golf with advanced technology, featuring a mix of live-action and virtual elements.
The league officially debuted on January 7, 2025, following a delay from its originally planned 2024 launch. Hosted at an indoor venue in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, the opening day saw the New York Gold Club suffer a 2-9 defeat against the Bay Golf Club.
