Skiing legend Lindsey Vonn has made it official — she has permanently moved out of California and is fully committed to her new life in Utah.
The 41-year-old Olympic champion has aggressively cut the asking price of her luxurious Beverly Hills mansion by $200,000 — dropping it from $4.45 million to $4.25 million — as she looks to completely sever ties with the Golden State.
Vonn, who purchased the elegant three-bedroom, five-bathroom home for $3.4 million in 2021, listed the property last November. The price reduction signals she is determined to close this chapter quickly.
A Fresh Start in Utah
The downhill icon has already settled into a stunning custom-built home on a sprawling 24-acre estate in Utah. The move represents more than just a change of scenery — it’s a deliberate step toward peace after years of painful memories tied to past injuries.
In a previous interview, Vonn explained her desire to leave her old life in Vail, Colorado behind: “Vail just reminded me of all of my hospital visits. I think I was at the Vail hospital more times than not.”
Still Recovering After Horror Crash
The timing comes as Vonn continues recovering from a terrifying leg fracture sustained during the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics. The brutal crash left her airlifted off the mountain and required multiple surgeries. Despite the tough road, she has shown positive signs of progress in recent weeks.
The Beverly Hills property is described as serene, private, and impeccably renovated — featuring soaring ceilings, an open layout, chef’s kitchen, resort-style pool, and lush landscaping behind secure gates. Yet for Vonn, it no longer fits her future.
From record-breaking champion on the slopes to quietly building a new life in the mountains, Lindsey Vonn continues turning the page with the same determination that defined her legendary career.
California’s loss is Utah’s gain.
