Following injuries to andy robertson and kostas tsimkas, liverpool is reportedly lining up a move to sign fulham left-back antonee robinson. Robertson suffered a shoulder injury in october and has been sidelined since, missing 17 games in all competitions, including 11 in the premier league, where the reds lead the standings after 19 games. Robertson has been out of action since the 2-2 league draw with brighton & hove albion, and there is no set timetable for his return. Tsimkas has slotted in in the scot’s absence, but he looks set to hang on since breaking his collarbone in the 2-0 league victory over burnley at the weekend. Joe gomez is expected to play in a makeshift left-back role, with luke chambers the only other option. The reds are looking for a specialist in this regard.
