Alexis mac allister and two others could make their return to liverpool in january, according to the latest injury.

Liverpool has a number of injury worries as they gear up for a busy start to 2024, with jürgen klopp’s side expected to play three games in ten days at the start of january.

Liverpool is back in the premier league after defeating burnley 2-0 on boxing day, thanks to goals from darwin nez and diogo jota. Jota, who recently recovered from injury, secured the victory at turf moor with a late goal, while virgil van dijk and young jarell quansah continued their partnership in defense. Liverpool has been excellent all year long, despite the absence of many key players, and will face newcastle united on new year’s day. Jürgen klopp has a lot to contend with ahead of the game. Here are the latest developments on this front, as well as potential return dates. Last saturday, the greek defender collided with arsenal’s bukayo saka, resulting in him being taken off the field. After being tackled by saka, he crashed into klopp on the touchline and seemed to be in a lot of pain.

Following liverpool’s 1-1 draw, the team’s manager shared some sad news about tsimikas. “tsimikas broke his collarbone at least, klopp said. That’s really bad for us.” No specific return date has been set yet, but it is likely to be a long one. Alexis mac allister is getting closer to returning after a horrific knee injury suffered during the 1-0 win at bramall lane on saturday. The injury to the argentine player was worse than he had expected, causing him to miss several games. But klopp’s story on friday was less dramatic: “macca and diogo jota are getting closer and closer, but not quite ready for tomorrow. That’s it.” A return to the sport in january seems to be on the cards, though newcastle could come a little too soon.

    Joël Matip:
Due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury, liverpool’s defender is recovering from surgery. The 32-year-old, who is approaching the end of his contract with liverpool, is expected to miss the remainder of the season. “it’s an acl that has ruptured,” i said in the first second. It seemed everything looked like that. “it’s just sad,” klopp said.

    Andy Robertson:
Since being sidelined due to a shoulder injury while on international duty with scotland, liverpool defender is set to make a comeback in january. The tartan army captain was hospitalized with a dislocated shoulder and has been out of action since, missing liverpool’s promotion to premier league opponents and scotland’s successful euro 2024 qualification attempt. “i sat with him yesterday pretty long, and he’s doing fine,” klopp said of robertson’s health earlier this week. The problem is a little bit that the shoulder isn’t there. The rest of the body is fine, but we must be patient a little bit. We need to be patient a little bit longer, but it’s fine.”

    Thiago Alcântara:
Thiago hasn’t played since april due to a hip injury. Klopp had an operation to fix it, and he is hoping he will return in january. Klopp said that it is a permanent thing. “we can’t place any pressure on him, but we do expect him to return sometime around the start of the new year.” Since it’s already november, that would mean another four weeks, i’d say that’s probably a realistic thing to do. “we can’t wait to see him back, to be honest. The player is just exceptional. I understand your concern, but we can’t do a week-by-week update right now because it would not do a lot in this situation.”

    Stefan Bajčetić:
Bajeti has had a rough time with several injuries. Despite the club’s rough patch, he had a great debut season, but his season ended in march due to an adductor stress response. He returned in september to play in the carabao cup and europa league, but his last game was against lask, where he had a calf injury and a future return date is still unknown. It’s again one of these things with stefan,” klopp said in november. “let me say it like this: stefan’s potential, potential, talent, or whatever, anyone could see and it’s amazing.” What a player. “but he wasn’t quite there yet, that’s how it is.” These boys are still growing. They’re all different. We have other players with a different skeletal growth, a different body, and that’s fine.’
