Olympic skiing icon Lindsey Vonn is accelerating her exit from California, dramatically cutting the asking price of her Beverly Hills mansion by another $255,000 just three weeks after relisting it.
The three-bedroom, five-bathroom property is now listed at $3.99 million, down from $4.25 million on May 12. This marks the latest reduction following an initial listing at $4.45 million in November 2025, which was later withdrawn.
Vonn originally purchased the elegant home for $3.4 million in 2021. It served as her primary West Coast base before she built a sprawling custom estate in Utah, where she has since relocated full-time. The multiple price cuts suggest the 41-year-old champion is motivated to sell quickly as she focuses on recovery and her new life chapter.
The price reduction comes as Vonn continues rehabilitation following a devastating crash at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. The high-speed accident required multiple surgeries, including procedures that saved her leg, and has kept her in recovery mode at her Utah property.
Despite the sale efforts, Vonn still occasionally uses the Beverly Hills home. A May 18 Instagram post showed her relaxing in the kitchen with her rescue dog, Chance, surrounded by personal items. However, the current listing photos present the property completely staged and empty, highlighting its pristine condition.
Described as “impeccably renovated,” the gated home offers exceptional privacy thanks to high hedges, mature trees, and lush landscaping. Key features include soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, a chef’s kitchen with marble countertops, a luxurious primary suite, and a private backyard with a swimming pool and multiple entertaining areas.
The listing is handled by Bob Hurwitz of Hurwitz James Company, who emphasizes the home’s serene, stylish, and secure appeal — a celebrity favorite for its seclusion.
Vonn’s decision to fully commit to Utah stems from her desire for a fresh start after years of injuries in Vail, Colorado. She has embraced her post-retirement life there, including becoming a part-owner of the Utah Royals NWSL team.
This latest price cut reflects Vonn’s clear intention to turn the page, trading her California chapter for healing and new adventures in the mountains.
