James Tavernier’s incredible goal won Rangers their first League Cup since 2011 when the Scottish giants defeated Aberdeen 1-0 at Hampden Park on Sunday.
Having struggled to live up to expectations, Cyriel Dessers, who transferred from Cremonese to Rangers during the summer transfer window, is still getting used to life at his new team.
Despite the fact that he has previously faced criticism from Rangers supporters, he feels that the League Cup victory has strengthened his relationship with them, and he is eager to accomplish more at Ibrox.
He also thought back on his goal that helped them defeat Real Betis on the road last Thursday in the UEFA Europa League, giving them an 11-point lead in their group.
